Mobile User Acquisition Manager (Programmatic)

We’re looking for a strong Mobile User Acquisition Manager (Programmatic) to help us scale this direction.
What you'll be doing:
- Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns in mobile DSPs (Mintegral, Hybe, Moloco) and social platforms (Meta, TikTok);
- Explore and onboard new DSP channels and publishers, test and develop them;
- Analyze traffic quality, including post-install metrics, brand safety, fraud, and IVT control;
- Generate hypotheses, run tests, and improve acquisition economics;
- Work with key metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV) and increase channel efficiency.
What we expect from you:
- Native or fluent Russian (both written and spoken) is required;
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile User Acquisition (DSP + Meta);
- Solid, up-to-date experience with programmatic — please share your portfolio in your application so we can review your cases;
- Up-to-date experience with Meta and the ability to launch and optimize campaigns in this channel;
- Strong understanding of mobile analytics: cohort LTV, MMPs, attribution (SKAdNetwork, Privacy Sandbox), incrementality;
- Experience working with fraud — you know how to detect, monitor, and prevent it;
- Ability to conduct research: form hypotheses, run tests, and draw conclusions based on data;
- Experience working with different budget sizes — from small tests to large-scale campaigns.
- Nice to have: experience working with creatives — either briefing or hands-on work with static, video, UGC, playable, and other formats.
